the lives of youth in the Los Angeles areas as well as supported numerous
philanthropic causes. Year after year the Greek Theatre has been
recognized for its good will from the City of Los Angeles and been awarded
several proclamations.

includes education and job training efforts for Los Angeles' young
people. Each summer, Nederlander-Greek hosts tours of the Greek
Theatre during which theatre management volunteers time to share
expertise by lecturing to the visiting theatre and music business
students of UCLA and USC.
NEIGHBORHOOD
SAFETY
Providing
a safe environment for our neighborhood is of key importance
for Nederlander-Greek and has been enhanced by our Yellow Jacket
Program. The Yellow Jacket Program consists of a neighborhood
patrol group who roam the surrounding area in pairs, monitoring
and addressing noise, traffic and security issues and solving
potential problems on the spot. Neighbors report an increased
feeling of well-being when patrols are on duty and one team
even helped rescue a family's beloved dog.
