Symphony In The Glen and Nederlander Concerts will host the second annual
EEK! at The Greek symphonic extravaganza on
Sunday, October 28. This family-friendly event will feature the 60-piece Symphony In The Glen orchestra with Maestro Arthur B. Rubinstein who will present an array of music.
The Symphony In The Glen orchestra will perform a creepy collection of frightening favorites including,
Night on Bald Mountain; John Williams
Double Trouble from Harry Potter featuring the Colburn School Children's Choir; and the world premiere of
The Spider and the Fly, music by Maestro Rubinstein, narrated by
Anne-Marie Johnson (
In the Heat of the Night and That's So Raven). Back by popular demand is the return of Edgar Allan Poe's gothic masterpiece,
The Tell-Tale Heart, with music by Maestro Rubinstein and narrated by actor,
Robert Hays (Airplane).To add to the festivities, The Greek Theatre's front plaza will open at 5:30 PM and be transformed into a "Trick-or-Treat Village," allowing families to bring their children for safe trick-or-treating. Plus, a pre-show children's costume contest will take place with great prizes. Plus, all parking is FREE!
