Premiere Marquee Club Allows Fans to Package Their Own Concert Series

LOS ANGELES, CA (March 16, 2007) – Award winning venues, Gibson Amphitheatre (managed and booked by Live Nation) and The Greek Theatre (managed and booked by Nederlander Concerts) announce their joint 2007 Premiere Marquee Club (PMC) line up. The 2007 PMC season once again brings an outstanding roster of music ranging from Jazz to Rock, Latin to R&B and Alternative to Country.

The Greek Theatre features double platinum artists The Fray, Grammy® Award winner Tony Bennett and bluegrass virtuoso Alison Krauss and Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas. Gibson Amphitheatre offers The Teen Choice Awards and the stand-up comedy of Kathy Griffin and George Carlin plus R&B favorites New Edition. PBS sensations Celtic Woman and Loreena McKennitt will perform at The Greek Theatre in May, as well as two nights of the Crystal Visions Tour featuring Stevie Nicks and Chris Isaak. Latin artists are prominently featured at Gibson Amphitheatre with Alejandro Sanz in June, Ana Gabriel in August, and multi-platinum selling male vocalists, Pepe Aguilar and Marco Antonio Solis for two nights each in September. In June, The Greek Theatre welcomes the True Colors benefit concert featuring 80’s icons Cyndi Lauper, Erasure, Debbie Harry, special guests The Dresden Dolls and The MisShapes and host Margaret Cho. July brings Chicago with co-headliner America to The Greek Theatre and alt-rockers Snow Patrol for two nights. In August popular crooner Michael Bublé returns to the Greek and the year rounds out at Gibson Amphitheatre with the triumphant return of Vicente Fernández in November and a dose of holiday cheer with The Brian Setzer Orchestra 6th Annual Christmas Extravaganza in December.

Fans may package individual shows to create their own concert series as part of the Premiere Marquee Club, the Gibson Amphitheatre and The Greek Theatre’s annual subscription program. The program begins Friday, March 16 (today) with an order deadline of Tuesday, April 3. This joint subscription program offers preferred seating locations and advance notice of upcoming shows year-round, plus several exclusive discounts and amenities.
